RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON APRIL 7, 1970 ON PARK SHELTERS AND
SITE DEVELOPMENT WORK FOR WOOD LAKE

WHEREAS, Brauer & Associates, Inc., (Park Planners) have heretofore
been ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the site development
work for Wood Lake, and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval, and
WHEREAS, Quanbeck Associates, Inc. (Architects) have heretofore been
ordered to prepare plans and specifications for park shelters for Wood Lake,
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
NbW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk`s File
No.
2, That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on the
7th day of April, 1970 at 11:30 A.M. in the council chambers and that such
bids will be tabulated and presented to the City~Council for award on the
13th day of April, 1970.
3. That .all bids shall be-filed with the City Manager not later than
11:30 A.M. on the 7th day of April, 1970, and that said bids will be opened
and read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids an said ,improvement as required by law.
