RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1970 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield
provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in
each grade,. the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progress-
ion through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be estab-
lished by council resolution, and
WHEREAS , the city administration has reached an agreement with -the
Richfield Police Officers Federation for 1970 salaries and has accordingly K~
pared a 1970 pay plan for those position classifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do .and hereby
does establish for~the year 1970 the following pay plan, which is to be effective
on the first day of'ttie pay period closest to January 1st, 1970, and sub3ect to
the provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance .
