RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM
1970 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO ~1ARIOUS'BUDGET ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS9 Resolution No. 4257 appropriated funds f®r each department of
the city for the year 1970 and
W1IE , Resolution No. 4300 made appropriations fr®m~the 1970 Contin-
gency Account to various departments9 and
WHEREAS, the council has authorized the city administration to proceed
with the implementation of his proposed police-public infor-
mation program on crime prevention, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it will be necessary to appropri-
ate $3,500.00 from the Contingency Account for this purpose.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield that the following transfer be made from the Contin-
gency Appropriation:
