Vern Le Luettinger is hereby designated as a commissioner of the

Suburban Sanitary Sewer Commission, and Arthur Po Anderson is hereby
designated to serve as alternate commissioner of the Suburban Sanitary
Sewer Commission for the year 1970 and until their successors are ap-
pointedo
