RESOLU`.l'ION RELA`TINCT `TO PAR`TICIPA`T'LON IN METROPOLITAN
AIRCRAFT SOUNT~ ABAT'.E'.MENT COUNCIL
B:E I`T RESOLVES .by the City Council of the City of Richfield as fo11ows
1, It is hereby determined to be in the interest of the residents
of the City of Richfield for this city to send representatives on behalf
of the-city to participate in the Metropolitan Aircraft Sound Abatement
Councils
20 Such participation sha11 not involve any financial commitment
on 'the-part of the city unless otherwise determined by council resolution,
3o Such participation sha11 in no ~aay constitute a delegation of
-- goverx~cnental au•thorit:y of the city to such council,
4o Stanley Wo Olson and Vern Lo Luettinger are hereby designated
as representatives to the Metropolitan Aircraft Sound Abatement Council
from the City of Richfield, and Wayne Burggraaf and Loren Lana are hereby
designated as alternate delegates to such council for the calendar year 19700
