1. That the proposed agreement betureen tnlold Assaciates, Architects
of St. Paul, Minnesota and the Citq ®f Richfield, providing for the de-
sign of an ice are~ta structure, be given C~.ertc8s File No. 8133 and
ordered to be placed on file. .
2. It is herebq determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public health, ~afetq, convenience, prosperity and general. welfare for
the Citq to Winter into such an agreement and such agreement is herebq
approved.. The Magor and Manages are herebq auth®riBed and directed to
execute siach agreement on behalf of the Citq of Richfielda
