RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON ANNUAL STREET
IMPROVEMENT ANn~OILTNG PROGRAM TO BE KNOWN AS CTTX PROJECT
N0. 614
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following Streets:
A11 public streets and alleys by penetration oiling,
2" bituminous stabilizing And seal coating, and
to assess every lat and parcel~of land in the Cit~- o£ Richfield for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW THEREFORE; BE YT RESOLyFd1 by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, 'as follows:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study
and that he be instructed to report to the Council°with all convenient speed,
advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the propoaed improvement
is feasible. and as to whe'thet it should best be idade as propoaed, or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That this street improvement shall hereafter be,known as City Project No.
614.
