RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF AUDITOR FOR THE
YEAR 1969 •
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Citq of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement, dated the 22nd day of December, 1969, by and
between Drotzmann, Olson & Ca., and the City of Richfield providing for auditing -~
services for the•calendar year 1969, is hereby given Clerk's File No. 8128 and
ordered to be placed on file.
2. It~ is hereby determined~to be necessary and expedient by the~city to
enter into such contract, and the~Mayor-and Manager-are hereby authorized-and
directed to execute•snch-•contraet for and-on-behalf~of~the City:` -••~• -
