RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH TONKA KENNELS, INC.
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement, dated the lst day of January, 1970, by and
between Tonka Kennels, Inc. and the City of Richfield, ~3rovid4ng~~or animal
control services for-the calendar year 1970, and thereafter at the option of
the parties, is hereby given Clerk's File No. 8127 and ordered to be placed on
file.
2. It is hereby determined to b~ necessary and expedient'by~the city to
enter into such contract, and the Mayor and Manager are hereby-authorized and
directed to execute such contract for and on behalf of the City:
3. All sums payable pursuant to such agreement shall be paid out of the
Animal Control Account of -the General Fund: -
