RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
FOR USE OF RICHFIELD CITY HALL FACILITY FOR COURT PURPOSES.

BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed "Space Rental Agreement" by the City of Richfield
and the County of Hennepin providing for the use of certain
city facilities for the conduct of the business of the Hennepin
County Court, is hereby given clerk's file No. $12b, and ordered
to be placed on file.
2. This agreement is hereby approved and the mayor, manager and
city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to effect such
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Richfield.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of December,
1969.
