RESOLUTION NO. 429'6
I:tESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SUBURBAN
HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF BOARD CONTRACT
WHEREAS, This Council, on March 8, 1954, entered into an agreement
between the City and the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board of the
County of Hennepin for the administration and supervision of poor relief
in this City, which agreement was given Clerk's file No.
and the execution of which agreement was authorized by Resolution No. 302
of the Council, and
.WHEREAS, it is desired to continue the terms of contract in full force
until such time as the same may be cancelled by either party thereto as
provided in said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all of the terms, conditions and
provisions of the aforementioned- contract are hereby 'continued in full
force and effect so as to be binding upon both parties thereto, the same
as though the contract was on this date signed and made anew, and said
contract shall remain in full force and effect until such time as the
same may be hereafter cancelled by either party under the terms and con-
ditions provided for in said contract.
