RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 69-12, CONTRACT N0. 2032 AND
APPROVING CASHIER'S CHECK IN LIEU OF SURE7.'Y BOND.

BE. IT RESOLVED-~bq-the City Council of the Citq of Richfield, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric lagout of~the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 69-12 is hereby approved sub3ect to and upon~com-
pletion .of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter
authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said
off-street parking area, bearing Contract No. 203, be given clerk's File No. 8118

be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the
Clerk be authorized to seal-the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That Cashier's check No. 73599 drawn on the Metropolitan State Bank, 4930 34th
Avenue South,-Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the amount of $700.00"and payable to the City
of Richfield is hereby accepted in lieu of a Surety Bond.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.05.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 24th day
of November, 1969.
