RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE VICINITY OF THE
RICHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1.- That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to erect
the following signs at the following locations, to wit:
"NO PARKING ANY TIME"
South side of 70th Street, Pillsbury Avenue to Lyndale Avenue.
North side of 70th Street, Pillsbury Avenue to approximately
100' West of Harriet Avenue. -
West side of Harriet Avenue, 70th Street to 71st Street.
Both sides of-72nd Street~...Pleasant Avenue to Pillsbury Avenue.
East side of Pleasant Avenue (E. side of tracks) 72nd Street
to Pleasant Lane.
"NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. SCHOOL DAYS"
Both sides Pleasant Avenue (East side of tracks) from 68th Street
to '69th Street.
Both sides Pleasant Avenue (Both sides of tracks) from-69th Street
to 70th Street.
Both sides-Harriet, Grand and Pillsbury Avenues from 69th Street
to 70th Street.
Both sides Garfield Avenue from 70th Street to 71st Street.
East side Harriet Avenue from 70th Street to 71st Street.
Both sides Harriet Avenue from 71st Street to 72nd Street.
Both sides 7].st Street from Augsburg Avenue to Harriet Avenue.
North side 72nd Street from Harriet Avenue to-Grand Avenue.
2. That when--the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected on said
streets, they shall b~- official traffic control signs of the City of Richfield and fail-
ure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the traffic ordinance of this
city.
3. That this resolution supersedes all previous conflicting resolutions.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of November, 1969.
