RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OIRF-STREET PARKING

Location: 1401 East 66th Street
Use: Dentist Office
WHEREAS, Dr. James A. Swenson, 1,305 East 66th Street, Richfield, Minnesota, had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 1401 East 66th
Street, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 1059 and which contract
was guaranteed by a bond of the Continental Insurance Company., 1752 Hennepin Avenue,
Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the sum of $2,400.00, and
WHER$AS, Dr. James A. Swenson has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Continental Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further obligation
under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring the Continenta!1 ha-
surance Company to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said
agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED by the City Council o$ the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release--the Continental
Insurance CompB~y for any and all acts of Dr. James A. Swenson, committed or incurred
in violation of said Contract No. 1059, on and after the i3th day of October, 1969.
Adopted by the City Council of the City o£ Richfield this 13th day of October,
1969.
