WHEREAS,~Skyline Builders, Inca, 2317 Central Avenue N. Eo, Minneapo-lis, Minn=
esota, had an off-sere®t parking agreement"with the City~of°~ichfield relating to
1300 and 1320-~East'78th 3~t'eet, whicfi~contract bears the designation of Contract
No. 837, and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of. the Trinity Universal T'n-
surance Company, 200~-Rvse Avenue, Da11as'Texas; in the sum of $20,000000", and
WHEREAS;-said Skyline~B~3ildars; Inc, has complied with the provisiams of said
agreement and"fhe-Trinity'Universnl Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of
any furthe~'oblig~t~on under said band, and
WHEREAS,"`there appears to be no~~ustification for requiring the~Trinity Universal
Insurance Company~to~continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said
agreement. °

That the"City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Trinity
Universal Insurance Company for any and all acts of Skyline Builders, Inc. committed
or incurred~in violatian of said Contract No. 837, on and after the 13th day of
