RESOLU`T'ION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER :FROM WA`R U~I'IliITS~ FUND
T'O WA`1'ER BONDS OF 1963 FUND AND REDUCING (~RI'ATN .~

WHEREAS9 Resolution Noe 3079 provided for the sale of $197009000 Water Bonds
of 1963 and provided for taxes to be levied for the repayment of
principal and interest thereon9 and
WIiEREAS~ It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem tax levy
to be levied in 1969 to the extent that such reduction is possible
by reason of transfer from the Water Utility Fund9 and
WIiER:EAS9 Such transfer sha11 be charged to the Water Utility fund,
NOW THEREFORE BR IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield9
Minnesotan as followse
1, That the transfer and appropriation of $128,900 from the
Water Utility Fund to the Water Bonds of 1963 Fund is hereby
authorized and directed,
2e That the amount to be levied in 1969 collectible in 1970 on
Resolution No< 307'9 in the amount of $1289900 is hereby cancelled,
3o That a copy of this resolution sha11 be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor,
