TnT~REAS, Resolution Noe 1080 provided for taxes to be levied for
-the repayment of principal and interest on the Tmprovement
Bonds of 1956, Series A, and
WI3EREA.S, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem teas
levy to be levied in 1959 by reason that there are currently
sufficient funds available in the debt redemption fund to pay
in 1970 the principal and interest on the above bondse
NOW 'I'HEREf'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as followso ~ ,
1, The.t the amount to be levied in 1959 collectible in
1970 on Resolution Noa 1080 in the amount of $3,045 is
hereby cancelled,
2a That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the
