RESOLUTION AU`IH®IttZl'NG GANCE'~:T,L~,I'I®N OP GER`IAIN AD VALOREM
'S'F~ T~VIES
WHEREAS9 Resolution No. 705 provided for takes to be levied for the re~
payment of princip~.l and interest on the Improvement Bonds of
1955, and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem tax
levy to be levied in 1959 by reason that there is presently
sufficient funds available in the debt redemption fund to pay
all remaining princip~tT. and interest on the above bonds.
NO~n1 THEREEORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield9 Minnesota, as follows:
1. `That the amount to be levied in 1969 collectible in 1970
on Resolution No. 705 in the amount of $39060 is hereby
cancelled,

2. 'T'hat a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the
Hennepin County Auditor.
