WTiEREASg Resolution No. 110 and No. 235 provided for taffies to be levied
for the repayment of principal and ~.nterest on the Improvement
Bonds of 1953 anci Series B~ and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem t~.ac
levies to be levied in 1959 by reason that there are currently
sufficient funds available in the Debt Redemption Fund to pay
in 1970 the principal and interest on the above bonds.
NOW THEREFORE, BB IT ItBSOI,V.ED by the city council of the City of
Richfield Minnesotan as follo~se
1. Ttr.at the amount to be levied in 1969 collectible in 1970
on Resolution No, 110 in the amount of $5,880 is hereby canm
celled,

2. 'That the amount to be levied in 1969 collectible in 1970
on Resolution No. 235 in the amount of $189500 is hereby canm
celled.
3. 'That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the
Hennepin County Auditor.
