RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 4220 DECL,A.RTNG COSTS TO
BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL, FOR
CITY PROJECT N0. 5a8
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year-19580
Curb and gutter on Logan Ave. from 62nd St. to 63rd St.
WHEREAS, Contract costs have been paid in the sum of $4,211.27.
AREAS, Other costs incurred are $1,188.73.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4220 ordered cost of $4,746.52 to be assessed against
privately owned property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as
follows:
1, That the cost of curb and gutter on Logan Ave. from 62nd
to 63rd St. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be at least 20% of total cost and amended to $3,871.18, and
therefore this sum wi11 be assessed against privately owned
property benefited thereby,
2. That said assessment sha11 run for a period of ten years.
3, The city clerk sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valu®
ation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in his_office for public inspection,
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
