RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH THE
CIT% OF MINNEAPOLIS FOR FIRE PROTECTION '

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council- of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. A proposed Mutual Aid Agreement between the City of Richfield and the
City of Minneapolis, is hereby given Clerk's File No. 8091 and ordered to be
placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be-necessary and expedient to the public
safety and welfare to enter into such agreement.
3. The-mayor and manager are therefore authorized and directed to execute
such agreement on behalf of the City of Richfield, and the manager and-other
officers of the City-are hereby directed to take such action to give effect to
the provisions of such agreement after it has been executed by both parties.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of August,
1969.
