"NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. SCHOOL DAYS"
ON BOTH SIDES 71ST STREET, GARFIELD AVENUE TO
AUGSBURG AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to
erect. the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. SCHOOL DAYS"
~,n both sides 71st Street from Garfield Avenue
tc. Augsburg Avenue.
2. That when the aorementioned traffic control signs have been so erected on
said street, they shall be official traffic control signs o~ the City-of Richfield
and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the traffic ordinance
of this City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of August,
1969.
