WHEREAS, Mrs. Alice M.,Thernell, 7616 Lyndale Avenue South., Richfield, Minnesota,
had an Off-Street Parkittg Agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 7614 Lyndale
Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 1093, and which
contract was guaranteed by Certified Check No. 22610 dated September 19, 1968, drawn
on the Northwestern National Bank, 416 East Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis,., Minn., and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Alice•M. Thernell has complied with the provisions of said agree-
ment and there appears to be no justification for requiring her to continue to provide
security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the above
described Certified Check No. 22610 to Mrs, Alice M. Thernell.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of August, 1969.
