RESOLUTION No. 4237
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 280 RELATING TO RECREATION
PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota
as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between the City of Richfield and Independent
School District No. 280, entitled "Agreement between City of Richfield and
Independent School District No. 280", is hereby given Clerk's File No. 8090
and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
health, safety, convenience and general welfare for the City to enter into such
agreement and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City.
3. The City Manager is further authorized to take such further action as
may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of such agreement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of
August, 1969.
