RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AI~TD PREPARATION-OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Gouncil, adopted on the 11th day of August, 1969,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners, whose property is liable to be assessed far the making
of these improvements, were given ten days published notice of the Council Hea~°ing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the Hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 25th day of August,
1969.
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Richfield, i~[innesota:
1. That such project is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No. 4215
adopted on the 28th day of July, 1969.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvemnet.
"tie shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of this improvement.
3. That it is hereby determined to construct City Project :do. 613 by ordering the
same to be done pursuant to the existing contract with Victor Carlson & Sons, Inc. for
concrete curb and gutter construction, City Project Nos. 611 and 612, by Change Order, on
a unit price basis as provided in said contract.
