RESOLUTION N0. 4229
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUTSITTON OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public health,
safety, convenience and welfare to acquire an easement for sidewalk and street purposes
over the fallowing described property:
The Westerly four feet of Lots 24 and 25, Block 4, in
Lyndale Shores on Wood Lake," according to the plat of
said addition on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
2. ~ The offer of the owner of such property to convey-such easement to the city
for the sum of $600, being the value at which such property is assessed for tax purposes,
is hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable offer, and is hereby accepted.
3. The city manager, finance director and attorney are hereby authorized and dir-
ected to do all things necessary to purchase such easement for such consideration,
4. Expenditures made pursuant to the provisions of this resolution shall be paid
out of the Capital Outlay account of the Construction fund.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 11th day of August, 1969.
