1969, a report-has been prepared wish reference to Concrete Curb and Gutter and
Appurtenances thereto on the East side of Colfax Avenue from 77~ Street to Frontage
Road of Highway ~~494, as designated in Resolution No. 4215, and this report was re~
ceived by the Council on August 11, 1969, Clerk's File No. 8083
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and-the assessment of all abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement of $600.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day

of August, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11, at 7:00 F.M. and the Clerk
shall give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by law.
