RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1969, ON :PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CURB AND GUTTER AND GONGRETE STREET SURFACING
GONSTRUGTION, CZTX PROJECT N0. 565
WHEREA~G, by Resolution No, 4218 passed by the council on the 28th day of
July, 1969, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
ro?1 of the cost of -curb and gutter and concrete street surfacing construc-
tio~u9 ~Gity Project No. 5~5, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followso
1, A public hearing .shall be .held on the 8th day of September,
19699 in the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at
7015 p.m. to pass upon such proposed-assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement wi11 be .given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement,
2. Ttae city clerk is hereby d3.rected to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in the
official newspaper at least tsao weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable-cost
of the improvement in the amount of $11,607.45.
