RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON CONCRETE
CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON EAST SIDE
OF COLFAX AVENUE FROM 77'~ STREET'TO'THE FRONTAGE ROAD
OF HIGHWAY 494.

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street:

and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of this improve-
ment.
NOW THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
sota:
1. That the proposed Concrete Cnrb and Gutter and appurtenances thereto be
referred to the City Engineer for study and that he be requested to report to the
Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed, or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
2. That the improvement listed in-this Resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Pro3ect No. 613.
