WHEREAS, by Resolut~,on N®o 41~i~ passed by tae City C®e~.~.cil on the 23rd day of
June, 1969, plans and specificat~Yuns were approved and advertisement for bids was
so ordered, and
WHEREAS, two bids were received by the City Manager on the 9th day of Julyn
X969, and
WHEREAS. at the Council Meeting of July 14th, 1969, the two bids that were
received were rejected by the City Council,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLD by the City Council ®f the City of Richfield9
Minnesota:
1. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Ma~aager on the
18th day of August, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council
for award on the 2Sth day of August, 1969.
2: That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager no later than 11:30
A. M. on the 18th day of August, 1969.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for
bids on said improvement as required by law.
