~ WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolug~.omm of the Council adopted on the 23rd day of June,
1969, a report has been prepared with reference to Concrete Curb and Gutter and
Appurtenances thereto on both sides Oliver Avenue from 7bth Street to 77th Street
as designated in Resolution No. 4201, and this report was received by the Council
on July 14, 196, Clerk's File No. g07Q
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such Street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement of $6,244.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day
~. of July, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by law.
