BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. beat it is hereby determined that the bid of Sigmund Tenold, 10741 Beard Avg.
South, Bloomington, Minnesota, i~ the lowest bid by a responsib'~~ bidder for the con-
struction of City Proiect Nos. 587A, 587B, 587D, 587E, 587E & 587G.
2. That the bid of Sigmund Tenold for the construction of the above refi-erenced
proyects, on a unit price basis at the price contained in their proposal of ~iu1y '9th,
1969, with an estimated construction cost of $30,926.06, is hereby accepted.
3. That the proposed contract between Sigmund Tenold and the City of Richfield
be given Clerk`s File No. and be placed on file. That said proposed contract
for the construction of said City Pro3ects is hereby approved and adopted and the
Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract ~^r
and on behalf of the City of Richfield and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to affix the City seal thereto.
4. That payments to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charged
against the Construction Fund.
5. That the Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of the estimated contract price
which accompanies said proposed contract is hereby secepted and approved.
6. That the C?^rk is au*'~orized and directed to return the security documents to
the unsuccessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed contract.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of July, 1969,
