RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF=STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION'N0. 69-11,'CONTRACT N0. 2029

BE IT RESOLVED by the-City Council ®g the City of Richfield,`Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 69-11, Contract No. 2029; is hereby approved sub3ect'
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off=street parking contract for the improvement of said off-~
street parking area;~bearing Contract No. 2029, be given Clerk's File No. 8066 ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized so sign said Contract and the Clerk
authorized to seal the same for and°on~behalf of this City:
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the conditions of
said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of -Four Thousand Five Hundred 0 4,500.00)
Dollars on which the A11ied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa, appears as Surety,
is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility £or the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street Parking
lot sha11 remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in accordance
with Ordinance Code-No. 4.05:
