RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND
APPURTENANCES THERETO ON BOTH SIDES THOMAS AVENUE FROM
62ND STREET TO 64TH STREET

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 26th day of May, 1969,
fixed a date for a Hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners, whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of these improvements, were given ten days published notice of the Council
Hearing through two weeklq publications of the required notice , and mailed notice
as required by law, and the Hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon,
on the 23rd day of June, 1969, and the Hearing was deferred until the 14th day of
July, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
sota:
1. That such pro3ect is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution No.
4177 adopted on the 12th day of May, 1969.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of this improvement.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of July, 1969.
