esota:
1. That the Concrete Curb and Gutter and annurtenances thereto be referred to the
City kdn~ineer for st~adv and that he be requested- to report to the Co«nc.il with all con-
~renient speed. advising; the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the prop®sed
img~r~vvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed, or in
~,~~t~me~~tion with ss~me other improvement. and the estimated cost of the imp~°ovement as
~c~°ommcndcd.
2. That the improvement listed in this Resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Pr®ject No. 59IA.
