RESOLUTION No. -4200
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR ,
PARTICIPATION IN~THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL 220 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION
OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY N0. 52 (Nicollet Avenue) AND
EAST 67th STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ~f Richfield, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between the City of Richfield and the County
of .Hennepin entitled `°Agreement for Participation in the Construction and
Operation of Traffic Control Pedestrian Signal" is hereby given Clerk`s
File No. and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and desirable for the City
of Richfield to enter into such agreement with the County of Hennepin; such
agreement is hereby approved; and the mayor and manager are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Richfield.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of
June, 1969.
