RESOLUTION N0. 4199
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON JULY 9TH, 1969, FOR CONCRETE SIDE-
WALK CONSTRUCTION .
CITY PROJECT NOS. 587A, 587B, 587D. 587E, 587E & 587G
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4134, passed by the Council on the 24th day of March,
1969, a preliminary report for City Pro3ect Nos. 587A through 587G was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4152, passed by the Council on the 14th day of
April, 1969, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a Public Hearing on
said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 28th dap of April, 1969, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution Nos. 4155, 4156, 4158, 4159 and 4160, passed by the
Council on the 28th day of April, 1969, the City Engineer was so ordered to prepare
plans and specifications for Concrete Sidewalk Construction, as outlined in said
Resolution No. 4134 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval.
-NOW THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File No. 8057
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Council on the 9th day of
July, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and that such bids will
be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 14th day of
July, 1969.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager no later than 11:30 A.M. on
the 9th day of July; 1969.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids on
said improvement as required by law.
