RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS" AND SPECIk°ICA~IOIBS AlUD~ ORDERING
WHEREAS, by Resolution No> 4153, gassed by the Council on the 14th day off April,
1969, a preliminary report for City Project N®. 612 was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4154, passed by the Council oia the 26th day of
May, 1969, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a Public Hearing on said
improvements-was so ordered to be held on the 23rd day of June, 1969y and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No®4196 , passed by the Council on the 23rd day of June,
1969, flee City Engineer was so ordered to prepare plans and specifications for Grading,
Bituminous Surfacing, Concrete Curb and Gutter and Appurtenances thereto ~P~as
presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, .RE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesotan
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File No. 8053 .
2. That sealed.bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on the 9th day of
July, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Ball and-that such bids will
be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 14th day of
July, 1969.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager no later than 11°30 A.M. ova
the 9th day of July, 1969.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids ova
said improvement as required by law. - .
