RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, CIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PART OF TRUNK HIGHWAY NUMBER 393 RENUMBERED
AS TRUNK HIG~[WAY NUMBER 494 WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY

WHEREAS the Commissioner of -Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and speci-
fications for the improvement of apart of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk
Highway. Number 494 within the corporate limits of the City of Richfield at C.S.A.H, 32
{Penn Ave. So.); and
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the pepartment of Highways, Saint
Paui, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as So P. 2785-132 (494393); and
WHEREAS--said special provisions are on file in the off ice~of the Department of High-
ways, Saint Paul, Minnesa~ta, being marked labeled and identified as S. P, 2785-132
(494393), which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for
Highway Construction,~dated January 1; 1968, on file in the office of the Commissioner
of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number
393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Nuanber 494; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identi+
fied are also on file 'in the office of the City Clerk; and `
WHEREAS the terms "said plans avid special provisions" as hereinafter used in the b®dy
of this resolution. shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer..to,..and incorporate the
plans and. special pro~risions.in.the foregoing recitals particularly identified and~d~:scribed:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of
Trunk Highways Number 393.renwnbered as Trunk Highway Aiumber_.494 within-the-limits of the City
of Richfield be and hereby are .approveda _.. •
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. elevati•.ons and grades.. as shown in said plans end special
provisions be and~they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes
in grade occasioned by the const~cuct.ion of said Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 494 ia~ accordance with-said plans and special p~ovisionsa
Passed by the City Council of the C~.ty of Richfield, Minnesota, this 9th dad df June,
