WHEREAS', pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on the 12th day of May,
1969, a report has been prepared with reference to Concrete Curb and Gutter and
Appurtenances thereto on both sides'Thomas Avenue from 62nd Street to 64th Street
as designated in Resolution No: 4177, and this report was 'received by the Council
on May 26, 1969, Clerk`s Flle No. 8044
NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider th®'improvement of such Street in accordance with
the report and-the assessment of all abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement of X12;546.00.`
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day
of June, 1869, in the Council"Chambers of the City Ball at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk
shall give publisTied"notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by law.
