BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as followso
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
OffOStreet Parking Application No. b9-8, Contract No. 2023, is hereby approved sub3ect
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off®street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking, bearing Contract No. 2023 be given Clerk's File No. 8032
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized t.o sign said contract and the Clerk
be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the off-street parking operator°s bond for performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract, in the amount of Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred
($23,400.00) Dollars on which the Employers' Liability Assurance Corp. Ltd., Minneapolis,
Minnesota, appears as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.05.
