WiiEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 24th day of March,
1969, a report leas been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Alayeron & Associates, Inc., (Consulting
Engineers) c~ith reference to Storm, Sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
4144 and this report was received by the Council on April 28th, 1969, Clerk's File
No. 8025 .

NOW '!'??~iZ~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the dis-
trict within the following described boundary line to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 2, all of Block 5, Lots 1 through 16
of Block 6 and Lots 1 throa~gh 3 of Block 8, all in Engberg-
Walden 2nd Addition
for all or a portion of tlae cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $16,325.00.
2. A Pteblic Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of
June, 1969. to the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by Law.
Passed by the City Council this 28th day of April, 1969.
