WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 24th day of March,
1969, •a report has been prepared by Orr-Sehelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inco (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to Storm Sewer Improvement as designated in I2esolutipn Noo

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o'f Itiehfield, Minn-

to That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of
State Highway Noo 36 with the centerline of East 75th Street;
thanes west along the centerline of East 75th Street to its inter-
section with the-south extension of the west line of Lots 1 through
5, Block 2, Zubert's Southview Gardens 3rd Addition; thence north
along said south extension and the west line cif said Lots 1 through
5 to the south line of Bassett's Second Addition; thence west along
the south line of Bassett's Second Addition-and Bassett's First
Addition to the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3, Bassett'.s First
Addition; thence north along the west line of Lots 1 through 5, said
Block 3 and the same extended to the centerline of East-74th Street;
thanes east along the centerline of East 74th Street to the west line
of Evergreen Garden's; thence north along the west line of Evergreen
Garden's to the northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 2, Evergreen Garden's;
thanes east to the northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Evergreen
Garden's; thence south along the east line of Lot 10, said Block 1 and
the same ea~tended to the centerline of East 74th Street; thanes east
along the centerline of East 74th Street to the west right-of waay line
of State Highway Noo 36; thanes south along said west right-of-way-line
to the point of beginning and there terminatinge
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the im~
provement of $20,670a00a
20 A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of
June, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 P®Mo and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by Lawa
