1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described

East 74th Street to its intersection with the south extension of the

along said south extension and the west line of said Lot 8, to the north-
west corner, of said Lot 8; thence west to the northwest corner of Lot 9,
Blair's Wooddale Park 6th Addition; thence southwesterly to the southeast

2. A Public Dearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of
June, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 PoM. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Dearing and Improvement as required by Law.
