WIiEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council ad®pted on the 24th day of March, 1969,
a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mpyeron & Associates, Inc.., (Consulting Engineers)
with reference to Storm Sewer Improvement as designated ita Res®lution No. 4141 and this report

NOW THEREFORE, BE~IT RESOLVED by the"City C®uncil of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the Council coasider the improvement of the district hereinafter described in
accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundar line to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of U. S, Interstate
Highway No. 35W with the centerline of West 73rd Street, thence easterly along
the centerline of West 73rd Street to the centerline of Dupont Avenue; thence
south along the centerline of Dupont Avenue to its intersection with the west
extension of the north line of Lot 24, Block 4, Irwin Shares No. 2; thence
east along said west extension and the north line of said Lot 24 to the north-
east corner thereof; thence south to the southeast conrner of Lot 24, Block 13,
Irwin Shores; thence west to-the southeast corner of L®t 23, Block 14, Irwin
Shores; thence south to the southeast corner of Lot 18, said Block 14; thence
west to the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 15,-Irwin Shores; thence south to
the most southerly c®rner of Lot 10, said B1®ck 15; thence southwest to the
intersection of the centerline of Fremont Avenue with the centerline of West
75th Street; thence west along the centerline of West 75th Street to its inter-
section with the south extension of the west line of L®ts 1 through 12, Block 16,
Irwin Shores; thence north along said south extension, the west line of said
Lots 1 through 12 and the-same extended to the centerline of West-74th Street;
thence west along the centerline of West 74th Street to its intersection with
the south extension of the west line of Lots 1 through 12, Block 6, Irwin Shores;
thence north to the southeast corner of Lot 23, said Block 6; thence west along
the south line of said Lot 23 and the same extended to the east right°of-way line
of U. S. Interstate Highway No. 35W; thence north along said east right-of-way line °
to the point of beginning and there terminating.
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $41,366.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of May, 1969
in the Council Chambers of the Gity Hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give published notice
such Hearing and Improvement as required by Law.
