1® That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter d®~
scribed in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within
the district within the following described boundary line toWwito
Lots 9 through 16 of Block 1~, Lots 1 through 15 of Block 5,
Lots 1 and 16 of Block 6 and Lot 16 of Block 79 all in Penn
Lake Terrace- -1st Addition9 a1so9 Lots 2 through. 12 of Block 1,
Lots 1 and 16 of Block 2 and Lot 1 of Block 39 all in Penn
Lake Terrace 2nd Addition9 a1so9 beginning at the intersection
of the centerline of Washburn Avenue with the centerline of
West 7l~th Street; thence east along the centerline of West 7~.th
Street a distance of 161~0~3 feet; thence south, parallel with
