RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
° 64th and PORTLAND °
BE IT RESOLVEb by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as
follows:
1. A proposed purchase agreement for the purchase of Lots, B, C, D,
and E, Registered land Su;eaxP~+ ~o. 256 (6401 Portland Avenue South) is hereby
given Clerk°s File Noo 8015 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby deterc~ined to be necessary and expedient to purchase
such property for park and other municipal purposes, in accordance-with
the terms of such agreement, and the purchase price of $18,500.00 is here®
by determined to be a fair and reasonable purchase price for such. propertyo
3. The mayor and manager are authorized and directed to execute such
agreement for and on behalf of the city.
4. The manager and administrative staff are authorized and directed
to take such steps as are necessary to give effect to the terms of such
agreement.
5.~ All sums payable pursuant to such agreement sha11 be paid out of
the 1969 Lake and Park Development Appropriation of the city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 28th day of
April, 1969.
