RE,, Section 2.36 of the Ordinance Code of the Cite of Richfield pro=
vides that starting salary and the maximum salary for each position class-
ification be established by council resolution, and
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1969 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN

WHEREAS, the City Council on Resolution ~~4096 established position classi-
fications, schedules of pay for such classifications, and compensation rates
for each position classification for 1969,
NOW THEREFORE, BE ~IT RESOLVED, that the City Council do and hereby does
amend for the year 1969 the established position classifications, schedules
of pay for such positions, and the compensation rates for each position
classification subject to the personnel classifications, compensation and
merit system ordinance effective on October 1, 1969 by the following item:
