WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 14th day of April,
1969, fixed a date for a hearing on the nrnnosed .improvement of:

by sidewalk construction, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the

making of.this. improvement, were given ten days published notice of the Council
Hearing through two weekly publications.of the required notice, and mailed notice,,
as required by law, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon
on the 28th day of April, 1969.
NOW - THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Mina-, -

1. That such Project is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.

4134 adopted on the 24th`day of March, 1969,,
2. That the Citv Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve t"

ment. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of:;rhis iftrovement.
