ESTABLISHING REZONING APPLICATION FEE

BENT RESOLVED by the City Counc3.1 of the City of Richfield Minr~sota
that at~-' applications for rezoning shall be accompanied by a fee of $100
to defray the aost of processing the rezoning applications through the City's
established procedure for rezoning changes, This fee sha11 apply both in the
case of app]ications submitted on the basis of petition and in the case of
rezonings initiated by the City Council at the request of a property owner
or owners.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 7.lath day of
April, 1969. '
